Terms
and Conditions

| 1. All
payments must be done in Cash only. (No
Credit cards or Cheque are accepted) |
| |
| 2. Toll tax. Parking and
Other Taxes will be paid by the Hirer. |
| |
| 3. Payment will be
Collected by the Driver. |
| |
| 4. Service tax is
applicable as per GOI Guidelines. |
| |
| 5.
An amount of Rs. 1000/- or 25% of the approx
payment must be deposited as booking amount in
our account at least 24 hrs. before the date of duty,
for the confirmation of your vehicle. |

| 6. In Case of Duty
Cancellation, following charges will be
applicable:
Within 24 hrs of Duty : Rs.
500/-
Within 2 Days of Duty : Rs. 400/-
Before 2 Days of Duty : Rs.
300/- |

| 7. Outstation limit will be @ 250 kms, per
day. |
|
|
| 8. Kilometer & time will be charged from
Garage to Garage. |
| |
| 9. Vehicle is not allowed to Travel on
Kachcha (Bad) Road. |
| |
| 10. Air Conditioner will not be allowed on Hill areas. |
| |
| 11. Hirer is requested to Check the meter
reading by himself. |
| |
| 12. In local, if vehicle stays for more than 8
hrs. than D. T. A. will be charged extra as per the
vehicle. |
| |
| 13. All Disputes will be settled under DELHI
JURISDICTION. |
